Job Purpose

The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing and selling the pay-roll-based loans by signing MOUs with corporate institutions. Take the lead in helping clients in understanding all the procedures involved in the
loan process, the way an application form should be filled, and the terms
and conditions involved in the process

Summary of Key Responsibilities;

  • Sign up potential customers from institutions with signed-up MOUs.
  • Regularly visit customers to understand and meet their needs (loans)
  • Interview the prospective clients, to determine the needs of the consumer and to get details about the information pertinent to the loan application
  • Gather the financial details of the client and suggest the accurate loan product that suits their requirements.
  • Provide knowledge to the clients regarding how the credit quality can be improved in case a loan needs to be approved in the near future by the lender.
  • Ensure data integrity in the system by entering accurate data into the system and making sure that the loan agreements are complete and accurate.
  • Promote and market the other products and services of the organization that would best suit the needs of the customer.
  • Make efforts to retain the customers who have requested to cancel their loans or have requested payoffs.
  • Be responsible for collecting the financial and personal information of the client and reviewing previous financial records and history to determine how much loan amount can be allotted to the customer and ability to pay it back.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned to you by your supervisors

Required Essential Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial field and should be well aware of the financial market and trends.
  • Be able to work within the working rules and regulations of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management skills are essential to complete all required client calls daily
  • Good Negotiating Skills
  • Influencing and Persuasive Skills

Primary Areas of Accountability:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any Commercial field
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Work Experience in Sales and Marketing of Insurance and Loan Products/Services.
  • Must have knowledge of basic accounting
  • Must have basic computer software skills and the ability to work within relevant data spreadsheets
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly is essential for negotiating effectively
