Job Purpose
The Quality Control Officer will ensure all products being sold out meet the expected standard of quality.

Summary of Key Responsibilities;

• Make sure products made are well labelled and clean. Reduce returns of wrong labelled cans. 
• Meet Service level for Copperbelt and Lusaka
• Meet Production volume
• Rework Slow moving products
• Achieve Operating Profit
• Ensure all made products meet the filling weights
• Ensure products in the warehouse meet quality standards in terms of packaging, cleanliness etc.
• Tint as per standard colours with minimum use of colourants.
• Ensure all batch materials are weighed according to the batch card formulation. All batches are weighed in accordance with ISO procedures
• Achieve Company Margins on the locally made products
• Record keeping of paints returned, customer complaints, production volume for individual process operators and production down time:
