Job Purpose

The Project Manager will manage clients’ projects; will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and fulfill clients’ needs. Oversee all aspects of projects; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, manage processes, monitor & summarize progress of project and identify any potential risks. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Summary of Key Responsibilities;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives; work out budgets, resources allocation and ensure feasibility;
  • Project planning that is setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of the client;
  • Coordinating the teams to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget;
  • Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate
    verification techniques;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Perform risk assessment, manage project risks to ensure all projects are delivered on-time,
    within scope and within budget;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors/vendors; coordinate internal
    resources and these vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial
  • Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning
    for subsequent projects;
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as Management;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your Supervisor and Management.

Primary Areas of Accountability:
Qualifications and Experience  
  • Degree in any Business Field relevant field of study
  • 3-4 proven working experience in Project Management & Experiential Marketing background
    is desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • High proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a member of relevant professional body
