Job Purpose
The Customer Service and Sales Representative will support customers and drives sales by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products. Serves as a vital link between a company and its customers. Handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and provide detailed product or service information – ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the company’s brand image by enabling positive customer interactions and promoting loyalty.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.
- Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
- Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
- Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
- Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
- Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position the company in the market and maintain a competitive edge.

Primary Areas of Accountability:
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in a Sales, Marketing or Business Field
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Working experience as Counter Sales in the Automobile sector will be a plus
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
